Vision and Goals

These three components create a holistic program that shape fellows into well-rounded individuals that leave with new skills, experiences where those skills are applied, connections across campus and the community outside of Lafayette, and a plan for life after college. The fellow’s cohort and mentors becomes their family, a system they can count on for support and guidance, while also acting as motivation for each other to continue to reach their goals. The professional and developmental workshops provide the entrepreneurial skills and lessons necessary to advance in any pursuit the student may have. These two components are completed by the experiences and opportunities where the student will have the chance to demonstrate and recognize their own growth throughout the program.
